Participants are strongly advised to arrange their personal insurance policies. Delegates are advised to acquire health and accident insurance prior to travelling to the congress. q The Congress Organizers do not assume any responsibility for accidents, losses or damages, as well as for delays or modifications in the program caused by unforeseen circumstances. No claims for indemnification from the organizers shall arise for contractors or participants in case of cancellation, for any reason, of the entire congress.

Any person entering Lebanon, must hold a passport which is valid for a period of at least 6 months and an appropriate visa, the latter issued at the Lebanese Embassies and Consulates abroad, or by the Directorate General of Security at the Lebanese border or airport.
Nationals of Syria, Jordan and Turkey do not require an entry visa.

Visas upon Arrival to Lebanon::
The citizens of the following states are given on arrival a direct renewable multiple entry visa, providing they do not carry an Israeli stamp on their passport, and they hold return or onward tickets. ,
