Below you will find detailed information about registration and hotel reservation. You can choose the number of hotel rooms that are required, even if you request them in different hotels. Up to four double rooms can be reserved online. If you prefer, you can arrange for your own accommodation. Please mention any special requests that you may need in the special box at the end of the registration form.

If you find later on after you have submitted the form that you need to register additional guests or accompanying persons, or add additional hotel rooms, please fill the registration form again making the necessary additions, and adding the registration number that has been given to you after your original registration has been accepted. All other modification or cancellation will have to be handled at the end of the congress as per the terms mentioned below under cancelation policy.
